Quotes and availability
Availability is checked when a hold is created. Live quotes use the configured gold rate, making charge, stone amount and tax. A fixed-price piece uses its listed price. Enquiry-only pieces cannot be reserved online.
RESERVATION INFORMATION
A clear path to your visit.
Read the quote and reservation status carefully before confirming your selection.
Token and confirmation
A timed hold is not a confirmed reservation. Confirmation follows successful token payment. In this preview payments are simulated and no money moves. The token is shown separately from the full article price.
Changes and cancellations
Staff can manage a confirmed reservation and track cancellation and refund states. Live cancellation deadlines, refund terms and payment-provider rules must be confirmed by the business before launch.
